Refund policy

Personalized items: Because personalized and made-to-order pieces are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Email hello@moohaw.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-personalized items: Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.

Cancellations: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.
